Mindful Quote Mention…
We’re back with another Mindful Quote Mention.
If it’s one thing I’ve learned over the years it’s that you can’t wait for life to happen – and you should never let life just happen – to you. We write our own stories and while some characters and plots we don’t invite, it’s still up to us to make lemonade out of lemons or burgers out of beef.
You can walk your own path or be walked all over. You can sit in a dead end job or start thinking of what you actually want to do. Convenience culture has got some sedated – and then there are the visionaries who snap out of it and go for what they want.
Which one are you?
The same can be applied to health & fitness. Every time I think of someone that says they don’t have time or motivation for the gym or improving their health, I also think of those who hit the gym without excuses. Appreciate the able body that you have – there are people out there that don’t or may not have as much as you do – whether it’s money, gym access, or limbs – and still make waves with their progress.
That’s all, folks.
