Rhythm & Agility: MMA Workout Playlist

I’m a big fan of music – as a teenager, whenever I had the time I would compile playlists with such concentration and care you’d think I was being paid for it. While I don’t have as much free time as I did back then, I still like to put together a good playlist – especially for my workouts.

It’s one of the reasons why I offered up 4 different workout motivation playlist for boxing, weightlifting, running, endurance, and military workouts in the 5-day Military SSE Workout Challenge during COVID.

I hit the gym the other day and something dawned on me. I haven’t shared a workout playlist since then.

Let’s fix that.

Here’s one I use whenever I’m doing agility work for MMA. Fighting is all about rhythm so what you workout to when it comes to sparring, drills, etc, is important for keeping rhythm – Zayde Wolf makes some good beats for this exact thing. Enjoy.
