We’re back again with another Clean Snacking post. This one’s good for when you want a boost of healthy fats.

There’s nothing wrong with snacking – and with healthy recipes like these, it makes snacking while hitting your health & fitness objectives even easier, without having to do much heavy thinking.

You can find all the ingredients at your local grocery store – no fancy stuff.

Makes: 3 servings (2 cookies per serving).

Prep Time: 5 minutes.

Cook time: 12-15 minutes.

Total Time: 17-20 minutes.

Items Needed:

  • A mixing bowl
  • A big spoon

Ingredients:

  • 250 g cashew nut butter
  • crushed cashew nuts (to taste)
  • Dried and chopped cranberries (to taste)
  • Chopped raisins (to taste)
  • 1 Egg
  • 15 g Stevia or Xylitol Sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F (180 C) and throw everything in a bowl.
  2. Mix it all up and rolls into 6 small balls, pressing them into a cookie shape on a paper lined baking sheet..
  3. Put in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Take out, let cool, and eat.
